About DogFellas

DogFellas LLC provides personal dog training services for individuals and small groups in the Greater Portland, Maine area. We work where you are, outdoors in the real world, where obedience matters. We use positive training methods to teach new skills, increase safety, modify problem behaviors, and build a better relationship between you and your dog.

The classical obedience cues such as “sit”, “come”, and “wait” are useful on their own - but the structure they give also instills basic restraint and improves attentiveness and responsiveness to your cues. This carries over into everyday life, making your dog calmer and more in tune with you wherever you are.
